We’re delighted you’ve chosen to stay with us. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please take a moment to review our site rules:

Children First:
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 21+ at all times. -
Check-Out Time:
Please vacate your pitch by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, just ask a team member! -
Arrival Time:
You’re welcome to arrive from 11:00 AM unless we’ve arranged otherwise. -
Visitor Hours:
Visitors are welcome (except on event weekends) but must leave the campsite by 10:00 PM. -
Quiet Roads:
For everyone’s safety, vehicle movements are not permitted between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. -
Peaceful Nights:
Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No music after 10:30 PM, and remember to keep radios, TVs, and other devices quiet. -
Close Quietly:
Please close car doors and gates quietly to avoid disturbing your neighbours. -
Respect Privacy:
Let’s all be considerate and respect the privacy of fellow campers. -
Games Area:
Ball games are not allowed in the camping area—please use the designated field instead. -
Tidy Pitches:
Leave your pitch tidy and free of litter when you depart.
Hooton Lodge accepts no liability for any breaches of these rules, and you must ensure that you adhere to them at all times!

Pet-Friendly Fun:
Keep your pets under control and on a lead no longer than 3 meters. You are responsible for their behavior. Pets are allowed on site but not in the event ground area. -
Generators:
Generators are permitted, but fuel must be securely locked away in a cool, safe location. Additionally, please ensure your generator is equipped with an appropriate fire extinguisher. For the comfort and safety of all, generators must be turned off between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. -
River Safety:
For safety reasons, swimming, fishing, and water sports are strictly prohibited. -
Fire Safety:
It is your responsibility to ensure that caravans, tents, campers, and motorhomes are positioned at least six meters apart and away from parked cars to minimise the risk of fire spreading. -
BBQ`S & Fire Pits:
Please use BBQs and fire pits at your own risk. Please ensure they are kept at least 12 inches off the ground. Fires must never be left unattended. Always fully extinguish them before bed. -
Ash Disposal:
Dispose of ashes in the designated bins provided. -
Bar Area Rules:
Outside drinks are not permitted in public areas, including the outdoor bar. -
Staying with Us:
Guests can stay a maximum of 14 consecutive days. After that, you’ll need to wait 7 days before booking again. Seasonal guests are excluded from this policy with prior management arrangement.
