We’re delighted you’ve chosen to stay with us. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please take a moment to review our site rules:

Children First: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 21+ at all times.

Arrival Time:
You’re welcome to arrive from 11:00 AM. Latest check-in is 8:00 PM unless we’ve arranged otherwise. -
Check-Out Time:
Please vacate your pitch by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, just ask a team member! -
Tidy Pitches: Leave your pitch tidy and free of litter when you depart.

Visitor Hours:
Visitors are welcome (except on event weekends) but must leave the campsite by 10:00 PM. -
Quiet Roads:
For everyone’s safety, vehicle movements are not permitted between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. -
Peaceful Nights:
Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No music after 10:00 PM, and remember to keep radios, TVs, and other devices quiet. -
Respect Privacy:
Let’s all be considerate and respect the privacy of fellow campers. Please close car doors and gates quietly to avoid disturbing your neighbours. -
Games Area:
Ball games are not allowed in the camping area—please use the designated field instead. -
Motorbikes, Including Electric Bikes Quads & Scooters: The use of any motorised or electric bikes, quads, or scooters is strictly prohibited on site. However, mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs are permitted for guests with disabilities.
Everyone is welcome at Hooton Lodge, provided they show respect for our staff, property, and fellow guests. If you encounter any issues during your visit, please report them immediately to a member of staff or contact the office at 07817 939458. For assistance outside of office hours, please reach out to our out-of-hours team at 07946 179965.

Pet-Friendly Fun:
Keep your pets under control and on a short lead no longer than 1.5 meters. You are responsible for their behaviour. -
Pets are allowed on site but not in the event ground area.

Generators:
Generators are permitted, but fuel must be securely locked away in a cool, safe location. Additionally, please ensure your generator is equipped with an appropriate fire extinguisher. For the comfort and safety of all, generators must be turned off between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. -
River Safety:
For safety reasons, swimming, fishing, and water sports are strictly prohibited. -
Fire Safety:
It is your responsibility to ensure that caravans, tents, campers, and motorhomes are positioned at least six meters apart and away from parked cars to minimise the risk of fire spreading. -
BBQ`S & Fire Pits:
Please use BBQs and fire pits at your own risk. Please ensure they enclosed and they are kept at least 12 inches off the ground. Fires must never be left unattended. Always fully extinguish them before bed. -
Ash Disposal:
Dispose of ashes in the designated bins provided. -
Bar Area Rules:
Outside drinks are not permitted in public areas, including the outdoor bar. -
Staying with Us:
Guests can stay a maximum of 14 consecutive days. After that, you’ll need to wait 7 days before booking again. Seasonal guests are excluded from this policy with prior management arrangement.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules, which help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests. Hooton Lodge maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any breaches. You are expected to comply with all regulations at all times. Should a violation occur, a verbal warning will be issued, and continued non-compliance may result in being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
