Q & A’s

1. Can I bring my own drinks? For licensing reasons all drinks must be purchased from the bar. We serve a huge selection of alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages. Bag checks will take place on arrival and anyone found bringing drinks into the arena will have them confiscated.

2. Is there food available to purchase? Nat’s Grill & Pizzaolio will both be here serving food.

3. Do you accept cash and card? The bar & food vendors accept both cash and card but the rides are cash only.

4. ⁠Can I camp? Camping must be pre-booked online at www.hootonlodge.co.uk/booking

5. What time shall I book a taxi for? The event finishes at 10.30pm and we ask anyone who isn’t camping to be off site by 11pm.

6. Do I need ID? We operate a strict challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will need valid photographic ID. No ID, no entry, Our door team will be firm but fair.

7. ⁠Can I bring my dog? Unfortunately dogs are not permitted inside the arena at this event.

8. Can I bring my children? Unfortunately not! This is an over 18’s only event so children are not permitted!

9. What time do the gates open? The gates open at 4.45pm.

10. What time is the music on from? The first set starts at 5pm and the music finishes at 10.30pm.

11. Can we pay on the door? There will be a limited amount of tickets available to purchase on the door but these will be more expensive. It’s a case of first come, first served so if you want to guarantee entry then tickets must be purchased in advance.

12. Do our tickets cover entry into the a afterparty at Doncaster Warehouse? Only if you have purchased a dual event ticket. When checking in you will be allocated a different wrist band. If you didn’t manage to get a dual event ticket keep the Hooton wristband on and you will receive a discount on the Warehouse door.
