Q & A

1. Can I bring my own drinks? For licensing reasons all drinks must be purchased from the bar. We serve a huge selection of alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages. Drinking water is available free of charge.

2. Is there food available to purchase? Nat’s Grill will be open until late serving food. They serve a selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

3. Do you accept cash and card? The bar & food vendors accept both cash and card. The inflatables are CASH ONLY.

4. What time does the event start and finish? The gates open at 2.45pm and the event finishes at 10.30pm. Last entry into the event is 7pm. We kingly ask anyone who isn’t camping with us to be off site by 11pm.

5. What time is the Saxophonist playing? The first set is at around 4pm and the second at around 8pm. * Please note times may be subject to change

6. Is there parking? Free parking is available. You are fine to leave your car overnight but as a venue we accept no liability.

7. Are children allowed? Here at Hooton Lodge we pride ourselves on being a family friendly venue. Children are welcome to attend, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 21+

8. Can I bring my dog? Well behaved dogs are permitted inside the arena but they must be kept on a lead at all times.

9. Do I need ID? We operate a strict challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will need valid photographic ID.

10. Can I camp? Camping is subject to availability and this must be pre-booked online at www.hootonlodge.co.uk/booking
