LET`S FORGE IT FESTIVAL Q & A

1. Can children attend this weekend? 👧🧒

Here at Hooton Lodge we pride ourselves on being a family friendly venue. Children are welcome in the marquee and the event arena; however, they MUST be supervised by a responsible adult AT ALL TIMES. Children under the age of 16 WILL NOT be permitted entry to the event without a parent or guardian.

2. What time do the gates open to the general public? ⏰

You can access the event arena from 12 noon on Saturday.

3. What time does the Music start and finish? 🎸

The line up is as follows-

One Jovi- 12.30pm

Pink- 2pm

Alanis Morissette- 3.30pm

Fillers- 5pm

Stereotonics- 6.30pm

Fores- 8pm

Oasish- 9.30pm

They will play approx 1 hour sets with a 30 minute change around.

We ask anyone who isn’t camping with us to be off site by 11pm so please book taxis in advance.

4. Do you accept cash and card? 💵

The bar and most food vendors accept both cash and card. THE RIDES & INFLATABLES ARE CASH ONLY.

5. Can I bring my own drinks? 🍺

For security reasons no drinks are to be brought into the event arena. As a business we reserve the right to confiscate any outside drinks & bag checks will take place on arrival. If you are camping with us, you are fine to drink your own drinks at your tent/ caravan or camper, however they MUST NOT be consumed in public areas.

6. Do I need to bring ID? 🆔

We operate a strict challenge 25 policy, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for photographic identification.

7. Can I bring my dog? 🐶

Dogs are allowed in the event arena but they must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.

8. Can I bring a camping chair?

We have limited outdoor seating available so you are welcome to bring your own camping chair or blankets but unfortunately there will be no seating inside the main marquee.

9. Is there food available to purchase? 🥘

Nat`s Grill, The Hatch, Your Plaice or Mine, Jerks Corner and Pizzaoilio will be here serving a wide selection of food including pizza, fish and chips, Jamaican cuisine and much more. Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free options are also available.

10. Is breakfast available for those camping? 🥓

The Hatch opens at 8am Saturday & Sunday for anyone wanting breakfast. Don’t forget if you are camping with us you get 20% off the breakfast menu.

11. If I am camping what time can I check in and check out? 🏕

Check in is open from 10am-10pm on Friday to accommodate campers. Saturday, we open 8am until 12pm. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT ON THE CAMPING FIELD ON SATURDAY AFTER 12PM. Check out on the Sunday is at 11am but we are flexible with times, so if you ask at the Gate we may extend your check-out time free of charge.

12. Do I need to pre-book parking? 🚗

Parking must be pre booked via our website www.hootonlodge.co.uk

13. What if I am camping with you? 🏕🚗

You are allocated 1 vehicle per pitch. You must prebook camping for any additional vehicles via our website
