Dear valued customer,
We look forward to welcoming your child to our under 18’s event at Hooton Lodge Farm this Friday 29th September!
Please note the gates open at 5pm and close at 10pm.
Our number one priority is the safety of every attendee so we have put some guidelines in place that we are asking all parents/guardians to be aware of;
All attendees MUST supply a signed consent form completed by their legal parent/guardian to access the event. Consent form link below:
Please ensure the form is printed off, filled out in full and handed in on arrival.
YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY INTO THE EVENT WITHOUT A SIGNED CONSENT FORM!
All attendees will be breathalysed on arrival. Attendees found with any trace of alcohol in their system will be refused entry.
No vapes, large rings, deodorants or fragrances will be permitted and will be confiscated upon entry. Please leave these at home!
Handbags must not be any bigger than an A4 piece of paper.
Due to the semi-rural location of Hooton Lodge Farm ALL attendees MUST be picked up by a parent/ guardian. (There is free parking on site whilst the event takes place if you wish to park and wait in your car for your child).
