• Silver Package – This package includes a luxury 5m Bell Tent, situated on our beautiful 90-acre campsite. The tent is provided without beds or decor, featuring only fairy lights for a simple, ambient touch.

• Gold Package – VI Tipi`s most luxurious offering, providing everything you need for the perfect getaway. The 5m Bell Tent includes up to 6 beds, complete with high-quality bedding and pillows. The tent is fully decorated with festive bunting and fairy lights, offering a level of luxury that will make you reluctant to leave.
   

• Prices start from £90 for the Silver Package and £150 for the Gold Package.

• Please note that VI Tipi is an independent third-party provider and is not affiliated with Hooton Lodge. All tent bookings must be made directly with VI Tipi, either by calling 07568 095484 or through their Facebook page.

• Each booking includes a box of chocolates and a bottle of prosecco upon arrival.

• All Glamping pitches are none-electric.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event/ service date.
  Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date will result in the loss of the full amount paid.

• Before booking your tent, please ensure that you have secured a camping pitch separately through the Hooton Lodge website. The camping pitch booking must be made under the same name and email address as the tent booking.

• Please note: Prices do not include event tickets. Additional charges will apply.

• While VI Tipi will make every effort to pitch tents close to the toilet block, please note that this cannot be guaranteed, and there may be a short walk to your tent. If you have a medical requirement that necessitates proximity to the toilet facilities, please inform VI Tipi prior to making your booking.
